Submit shows for listings distribution
One entry per show; add more cards for a festival batch. Creates Draft listings in Airtable and a Trello card — nothing is sent anywhere until approved.
What happens after you submit
- Draft listings appear in Airtable, and a Trello card lands in “To brief”.
- Approval: flip a listing’s Status to Ready in Airtable, then Publish — it’s on culturelistings.co.uk in ~2 minutes (and on the daily rebuild regardless).
- Distribution channels (site submissions, local press, email pitches with human approval) roll out as the engine phases land.
