One entry per show; add more cards for a festival batch. Creates draft listings
and a Trello card — nothing is sent anywhere until approved.

Distribution
One row per outlet. Nothing is sent from this list — it's your worklist and jump-off point.
• form — click open form ↗ to go to the outlet's own submission page, then paste the data block below and submit there.
• email — handled in the Pitches tab (Approve & send). Nothing to do here.
• feed — automatic once the listing is published. Nothing to do here.
Hit a problem? Mark it — it goes on the fix list and flags the outlet for re-audit.
Press-release data block
Paste this at the foot of the show’s press release — it’s what listings desks (British Theatre Guide, UKTW…) need to compile a listing.
Set to Ready and Save to build the distribution list — the Distribution panel below fills with the outlets to submit to (about a minute later). Ready/Published also appear on culturelistings.co.uk at next publish; Draft and Archived do neither.
Each is staged from the listing. Edit the subject or body if needed, then Approve & send — that sends it from listings@mobiusindustries.com (and saves a copy to Sent Items). Nothing sends until you click.

Outlets registry
Every outlet the engine knows about. Edit an address, submit URL, channel or status inline and Save — it commits straight to the registry (no developer needed). The outlet name is the join key and isn’t editable here.
Suggest an outlet
Found a listings site, magazine, or calendar we don’t use yet? Drop it here — it
lands as a Trello card for someone to audit the submission route and add it to the registry.
This doesn’t submit anything itself.

Next: open the Manage listings tab, review each one and set its Status to Ready, then hit publish.
Add a venue
Adds a shared venue for the whole team. Address and postcode are both needed — the postcode drives borough geo-targeting, and a venue without them holds every listing placed on it.
What happens after you submit
Draft listings are created, and a Trello card lands in “To brief”.
Approval: in the Manage listings tab, set a listing’s Status to Ready, then Publish — it’s on culturelistings.co.uk in ~2 minutes (and on the daily rebuild regardless).
Distribution channels (site submissions, local press, email pitches with human approval) roll out as the engine phases land.
