Listings — quick start

The 5-minute version. Full detail is in the User guide. App: listings.mobiusindustries.com.

For one show, the tool gets you listed across many outlets at once — our own Google-readable site, email pitches, and auto-filled submission forms. It picks the right outlets by geography + genre.

1 Add the listing

Manage listings → New (or Edit). Title, producer and venue autocomplete; dates/prices prefill where we have them. Set Genre tags (these switch on specialist outlets). For a festival or area event with no single venue, tick Areas / boroughs. For a New York show set Market = nyc.

2 Set it to Ready

Change the Status to Ready and Save. That builds your distribution list automatically — the Distribution panel below fills with the outlets to submit to (give it about a minute, then hit Refresh).

Nothing has been sent yet. Ready just prepares the list and puts the show on culturelistings.co.uk at the next publish.

4 Fill the forms — the ⚡ Fill button

In a listing's Distribution panel, form-fill outlets show a ⚡ Fill button. Click it: the outlet's form opens in a new tab, pre-filled.

Is the extension installed & working?

Working: the ⚡ Fill buttons appear next to form-fill outlets, and there's no "install the extension" prompt.

Not yet: you see a "⚡ Install the auto-fill extension" line. Install it from the install page, then reload the portal tab (or log out and back in) — that's what activates it.

Updated version? Re-download the zip and reload it in chrome://extensions — it doesn't auto-update.

Two things people get stuck on: (1) after setting Ready the outlets take ~a minute to appear — Refresh the Distribution panel. (2) For login-walled outlets, be signed into that outlet in Chrome first; the extension fills on top of your session, it never types passwords.
