A Chrome add-on that fills in outlet submission forms for you — so you never retype a show's details again. Setup takes about a minute and you only do it once.
google.com/chrome.
Click the purple Download button above. Then find the downloaded mobius-listings-autofill.zip and double-click it to unzip.
👀 You'll get a folder called mobius-listings-autofill. Move it somewhere you won't delete it — e.g. your Documents folder. If you delete this folder later, the add-on stops working.
In Chrome, click the address bar, type chrome://extensions and press Enter.
👀 You'll see a page titled "Extensions" listing any add-ons you already have.
Find the Developer mode toggle in the top-right corner and switch it on.
👀 Three new buttons appear on the left: "Load unpacked", "Pack extension", "Update".
Click Load unpacked, then select the mobius-listings-autofill folder you unzipped in step 1, and click Select / Open.
👀 A card appears: "Mobius Listings Auto-Fill". That's it — you're installed.
A few outlets only fill in if you're signed into the shared account in Chrome first. Sign into each one once (Chrome remembers you after that):
Events For London, Broadway Baby, BroadwayWorld, OffWestEnd, ArtRabbit, Data Thistle. Logins are in the “Listing Process” Google Sheet. The rest need no login.
1. In the listings portal, open a listing → Manage listings → scroll to the Distribution box.
2. Click the ⚡ Fill button next to a form outlet.
3. That outlet opens in a new tab and fills itself in. A little banner in the top-right corner tells you what happened.
4. 6 outlets submit automatically (Events For London, GO Magazine, The Skint, The Queer Review, Pride West, Broadway Baby). For the rest, everything is typed in for you — you just solve the "I'm not a robot" check (or pick the venue) and press the outlet's own Submit button.
That outlet needs the shared account. Open the outlet, sign in (details in the “Listing Process” sheet), then click ⚡ Fill again.
Your portal password may have changed. Go back to the portal, unlock it again, then retry.
Make sure the add-on is still enabled at chrome://extensions (the toggle on its card is blue), and that you didn't delete the unzipped folder. Then reload the portal.
Download the zip again, unzip it, and replace the contents of your existing folder. Then go to chrome://extensions and click the ↻ refresh icon on the Mobius card.
